The factory is located in Shangyou industrial zone, Shangyou county,Ganzhou city,Jiangxi province, and setting up sales office and warehouse in Dongguan city. The new and standard factory is built on 40,000 sq. mtr with a total annual capacity of approximately 10,000 tons of various products,covers 2 flame retardant production-line, 10 cable filler yarn production-line,32 twisted machine, with full modernization of testing equipment.

Longtai research institutes provide strategic, technical and informative support to the Group and subsidiaries on strategic development, production chains, technology and business planning, technical mechanism, standards, new tech, new material, new products and new equipment.
Longtai company organization is divided into: Sales Department, Procurement and Supply Department, Financial Department, R&D, Quality Department, Production Department (Workshop), with more than 200 employees.
Sales Department are in Dongguan Branch Office, which is divided into domestic sales department and export sales department with 10 sales supervisors of each sale department.
In order to meet demestic demand, in 2012 Lontgai company set up Suzhou office agency to provide pp cable filler yarn, pp agricultural packing rope, cotton thread to Yangtze River Delta region.
Headquarters of R&D, Quality Department and Production Department are in Shangyou Industrial Park, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. As another new factory builds, branch of each department are set up in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

already passed ISO9001：2008 certification. What’s more, Longtai has strictly managed and controlled the process of design, manufacturing, packaging, service, and so on. Nowadays, Longtai gradually established a more comprehensive enterprise standards and regulations. The responsibility of Quality Department are as below:

Production Department is the large department in Longtai. There are 6 production managers and more
than 74 workers. Production Department is closedly bound up with Quality Department, because production managers initiated quality control resulting in a reduction in working hours by 20% while increasing productivity by 25%. Production Department conducted strictly by Task Guide Book, firstly control unqualified product.
