Product Introduction:

Our PVC cable compounds range has a variety and meets the complete set of requirements for PVC wire & cables owing to BIS, BS, IEC, VDE etc. and meets the strongest needs for high voltage (11 kV) insulation, sheathing, data transfer, fire-resistance, high-temperature absorbent, flexibility at low temperature, resistance to UV, disdain to petrol & other chemicals, high level of ageing resistance, anti-termite & anti-rodent etc. and many other special requirements.

Our remarkable quality of compounds come from various processes which include our special manufacturing machine, specially designed for a distributive & dispersive mixing action and instilled with under controlled processing parameters leading us to consistent quality.

The standard finish of all cables consists of an extruded black PVC oversheath, the external surface of which is embossed with the appropriate legend. The oversheath PVC grade is usually Type TM 1 or Type 9 to BS 7655 although other grades, e.g., Type 5 (85°C Hard) PVC or PVC sheath with anti-termite properties can be provided when specified. The PVC grade is ST2 for cables conforming to IEC 60502- 1 standard.
